and *when* will the citizens recieve this short list of laws INS is *willing* to enforce ???

*AFTER* the Jan. visit to be sure 'the new list' meets with Vincente's approval ????

You know the Jan. visit was announced in the mexico papers in early Dec., yet it wasn't in our papers for another two weeks.

Spin? More like practical gov't. Like Prohibition and the 55 MPH speed limit. I would also place laws against recreational drug use in the same category. Some laws just aren't properly enforced or they are ignored.

The INS is limited in resources and by law in what it can do to enforce the immigration laws. It is not a matter of the INS's will to enforce the immigration laws, it's a matter of the voters will to see that the proper resources and laws are enforced. Millions of illegal aliens tells me that we don't have the will to enforce our existing laws. So the question becomes, which laws are we willing to enforce?
