Bethesda, my home town.
I remember the Montgomery County cops too lol
I violated the right-of-way of a cop car down in Bethesda my senior year of HS. Lucky for me a polite repentant smile and lots of "Yes, Sir" got me an admonishment to "be more careful". I didn't even have get out of the car.
Back then it was still a bit like a small town. It's all DC sprawl now, I wouldn't even know my way around I'm sure. There's always been lots of VIP and assorted other rich kids getting caught in various forms of rebellion, so this wasn't any big deal I'm sure. But, sounds like Al Jr. ain't too bright driving around Bethesda like that LOL
