If it's true (and it certainly seems to be), he would be better served by taking his punishment like a man rather than having a lawyer bail him out of this kettle of hot water. Perhaps part of his problem is that daddy calls a lawyer rather than letting the son suffer the consequences of his actions.

I challenge one and all to drive 97 in a 55 mph zone in NC and see if you only get fined $125. He definitely got preferential treatment. That's no way to teach him to grow up and accept responsibility.

Al Gore, Jr. knows all about preferential treatment. He had bodyguards in Vietnam, he was given a house seat, he was basically given a Senate seat. He broke hundreds of campaign finance laws with no repercussions, he dragged the country through a 36 day dark period of uncertainty with his attempted coup d'etat. This man is scum of the earth, and his son appears to have his dad's character.
