Actually, I believe the proto-Celts were there (Turkey) in pre-historic times and became refugees from there when the fresh water Black Sea was flooded with salt water in 5,600BC.
They took refuge up the river valleys leading into Europe (taking their language and farming with them) and some made their way along the steppes and became the mummies in the Chinese desert.

Some believe they were the original Egyptians too.

well, the proto-Celts are traced to Austria -- the la Trène culture in 900 BC, no earlier traces of Celts are found. They were related to other Indo-European groups so if you mean that the proto-Aryan group originated in Turkey that MAY make some sense. But then how could you reconcile it with the knowledge that the Sumerians' successort, the Akkadians in 2500 BC talk of Aryanic Hittites invading Anatolia.

its more likely that these Aryans came from further east -- some say Central Asia, but I'd rather think they were from the Persia-Sogdiana-India triangle -- evidence includes the use of wheels and war chariots which were there in the Aryanic culture before the Semitic and Sumerians cultures developed it.

I really doubt the Egyptians were Aryan in any possible way -- the Kings of upper Egypt like the Scorpion King were pretty definitely Negroid or Nubian/Ethiopian in origin and the people of the Nile Delta region in lower Egypt were SEmitic -- at least in the pre-dynastic and early dynasty
