A strange sixteenth-century book may be cunningly crafted nonsense, says a computer scientist.

Interestingly....that is the same conclusion that the Supreme Court has reached concerning the Constitution.

I decoded part of it, but all I got was, "Klaatu Barada Nikto".

I'm sure that the manuscript contains the formula for a universal solvent, a perpetual motion machine and the 150 mile per gallon carburetor. Oops, where would you use a carburetor today.

It looks like the writing on the ring in "Lord of the rings". Where did Tolkien get the language from or did he make it up?

I may be wrong, but this "hoax" theory strikes me as classic CYA. It must be highly embarrassing to all these "experts" that the world contains mysteries they can't glibly explain away.

The Voynich manuscript may be elegant gibberish.

Oops. Misread that as "The Voinovich manuscript may be elegant gibberish." If it was, the only difference between it and the usual Voinovich statement is the "elegant" part.

It says, in part:

The Ushers Office plotted to have excessive costs incurred, taking advantage of Kaki and HRC

The public will never believe the innocence of the Clintons and their loyal staff
