Yup. Diego Garcia. But that's a really tiny island, and I would doubt they have provisions for things like that unless something were to be specially constructed.

I have a sneaking feeling that he is at some secure location within 8 hours of Iraq. I've heard whispers of a secure base somewhere out in the Indian Ocean, and that is where we do the initial interrogations before shipping people to Gitmo.
All I can say is, ain't no one gonna see him for some time.
