This has no affect on your right to speak. The NRA can still run NRA ads. They just can't say "Bush."

Did the "Daisy" ad say "Goldwater"? I only saw it once, and I was only six at the time, so I don't remember. But you get the point.

We can still plead our case without mentioning a politicians name.

We're not allowed to say that a candidate's stated positions would be bad, in other words.

Our groups appeal to American tradition.

I guess you're right. It is now a Tradition in this country to sit around discussing what we're STILL ALLOWED TO DO.

Because it only ran once. There was an outcry after it was first aired.

And the daisy ad was not the sole reason Goldwater lost. Be real.

I remember that daisy ad -- I don't remember seeing the Goldwater name but it is an ad that I will NEVER forget. Didn't need to say it!

You are so right! A good ad guy can make an impression -- that means Bush needs to hire one.
