Dog: I'm looking at that gorgeous picture of the falls. I'm a New Yorker and have been to the falls many times. It is the "feeling" of POWER that you get and what I see is my interpretation of what a picture of the falls would mean.

A winter outage up north is much more serious than in other season. I'd beef up the Coast Guard patrols along Lake Ontario near the Power Plants. There's a lot more cloud cover in the winter so I don't think they'd use planes. It would be a ground assault via portable missles. All they have to do target NEAR the plant to cause a panic and shutdown.

Maybe this is a plot by the Seneca nation of Indians to keep Americans from crossing over into Canada to gamble now that the Senecas have one in Niagara Falls, NY.

I took the first four letters and got Gina..or Ginna (Power Plant). Left with ar... Then I thought of Niagara wines which is also east of Niagara Falls.

Or they're just playing headgames with us for their amusement OR (and this fits their MO,) they're seeing what new blocks we put up. (Both embassies that were blown up under Clinton had a bomb threat a short period before (maybe two weeks)they were blown up).

Anyway, regarding the pic.
FBI confirms it is a commercial photo(not taken by the bad guys) and it was indeed found on foreign website one could possibly attribute to bad guys.
Agent advised bad guys are into hidden writing now on pictures etc where using a filter will reveal the writing.(agent's words.)
I advised that I had added two photoshop filters to each of two pics and expanded their size, and that it appears Arabic script is in the sky.
Agent said even if faint, someone who knew Arabic would recognize it right away, but that once submitted, it's a one way trap door and there would be no way to ever know if it was something and/or what happened to it.

"The coordinator, identified by the nickname 'Abi Osama' [Osama's Father], added: 'We duplicate and edit the videotapes of the organization in special ways, and then send them to news channels, including Al-Jazeera, in response to orders issued to us.' Was the picture of the falls a message? I think so.

I live in a suburb of Rochester, NY, was born in Rochester and know the area VERY well.

Lo and behold, yesterday they raided 5 Muslim establishments, all with Yemeni ties. One of them was the RAINBOW Market (strange name fo a Yemeni Market)on the west side of Rochester (the only one on the west side). The remaining were on the east side.

So now, I'm connecting the RAINBOW market with the RAINBOW BRIDGE which is the bridge at Niagara Falls. It's probably visible in the picture.

P.S. The Lake Ontario shoreline is easily accessible and Ginna is about 20 miles east.

So it's not misinterpreted. Ginna is about 15 miles east of the Port of Rochester, coasting along the lake.
