I hate that song with the cheesy "whon whon" synth track. I don't know who sings it, but it sounds like Paul McCarthy. It's so nicey nice, and vapid, and gay.

At least Keith Emerson's "Father Christmas" isn't queer.

Paul McCartney's only Christmas song that I know of is "Wonderful Christmastime" ("sim-ply hav-ing / a wonderful Christmas time"). As far as I can recall, it has no synth track. But as for ex-Beatle yuletide tunes, you just can't beat Lennon's "Happy Christmas (War is Over)" with Yoko in the background going "aaaAaaaAAAaah-uhhhh-AAAAAAAAaaAAAA-uh". Now there's a tear-jerker.

Ha. My oldest daughter's favorite Christmas song is Wham's 'Last Christmas'. However, she thought it was a girl singing it. That was a fun conversation.
