Question is, does Ozzy know about this yet?

In a related story Osbourne announced hiring a new housekeeper, Ms. Wilma Cline of Palm Beach, FL.

I never heard of "firing" a physician. I thought you either went to one of them or another. They're self-employed. Unless .. he actually hired a physician. Which is possible for someone as weird as Ozzie.
