I have a question. I heard that some parts of the Patriot Act did NOT apply to American citizens..is this true and does anyone know what parts do not apply to citizens?
I'm trying to debate some democrats, and of couse there are parts that no one likes in this act, but I just need to know what does not apply to US Citizens.
Thanks all!
Then, when someone parrots something they "heard" about the Patriot Act, you can say, "Humm, I've actually read the Patriot Act, have you?"
It's a real liberal blabber-mouth squelcher.
But I warn you, it's not a fun read. My conclusion after reading it is it's a bunch of hogwash, nothing, just a lot of words But you can go to the link and do a "find" and search for the word "citizen" and/or "foreign" and see what you come up with. There are lots of references to "foreign" so it's gonna be fun for you.
Report back here in 0700 and tell me what you think.
