After the laws the Clinton administration broke, I wouldn't worry about anything that helps Reno or anyone else closely assoicated with Clinton, but I do think you are doing a very good service by filing briefs for Terri.
If a law was broken in the Reno election, your brief deserves to be heard, but I'm not going to bother reading it.
Since there are mostly liberal judges in Florida, I would think the judges would favor Reno, so your must not have made as strong a case as you might think.
But good luck with stirring the pot in Terri's case.
I saw both of your posts, minutes apart.
Thank you Free Republic Addict he he... funny name that is you got!
Anyhow, I assure you, my case for the "recount" matter is based on case law - and state law, but the "liberal" attitude of the judges involved has more to do with "Big, Powerful, and Rich" versus "Small, Weak, and Poor," something that no doubt angers Jesus, God, and a whole LOT more conservative folk!
The "Rule of Law," whether in the Scindler-Schiavo case, or the recount matter, must be preserved, becasue if it is not, then when you or I need protection of the laws, it might not be there.
Thank you for your efforts and concern. Even if you choose to not look for my one brief (which might still be posted on Floroida's Supreme Court website in *.pdf format), still I would say, if you had to "pick and choose" you battles, due to limitations on time, energy, and monetary resources, surely Theresa Schindler-Schiavo is in more need of help - and this matter, as it touches us all, is also more worthy.
Yet, all of God's lights are important in His sight!
May you have a nice day and a better tomorrow,
