An your proof that Rush did anything illegal is?

You're an old pro, huh? Where did I assert facts that Rush is a criminal? That's right, nowhere.

It's enough for me know he's a self-confessed opiate addict, and has been a junkie for years.

Does the fact that Rush was high on opiates while discoursing on the air affect his standing with dittoheads even a little? His alleged criminality aside, doesn't his opiate-addled brain mean anything to you? lol

You can project your anger, frustration and disappointment elsewhere, but the truth will out.

Everyone makes mistakes. He's owned up to his and sought treatment. I suppose you think he should serve jail time. I don't.

It's not the least bit popular to bring it up on this forum, but Rush is not a conservative any more than Jack Benny was a tightwad or George Reeves was Superman.

Limbaugh plays the radio persona of a conservative; in his personal life, he's anything but.

People who take opiates regularly are not "high" on them.

Yes...it makes us realize that he could truly kick liberal butt "with half his brain tied behind his back" as he claimed, remain the top rated host with the largest audience in talk show history as he informed and entertained millions.

We can only wonder how phenomenal he'll be now that he's off the pills.

Will it now? Then let's deal with a little. Oxycotin and Vicodin do not necessarily induce a high, especially in people who have been taking it over a period of time. They are specifically tailored for time release. To obtain a drug induced high, you have to crush or otherwise alter the tablets to defeat the time release mechanism. Of course when you do that, you really defeat the pain management effect since the medication spends itself over to brief a time frame.
