The spread of AIDS isn't so much a gay thing as an anal thing. The chances of contracting HIV/AIDS through anal sex are exponentially greater than the chances of contracting it through "normal" sex. If someone, gay or straight, goes around having anal sex with relative strangers, their risk factor for AIDS goes through the roof. It "just so happens" that it's gay men who engage in this sort of behavior more frequently than other groups.

Here in Sin Freaksicko, ever so tolerant, the city's health department thinks fighting the syphilis epidemic is engaging in "educational" campaigns like "Healthy Penis 2003" (formerly known as "Healthy Penis 2002").
As anyone who is paying attention knows, all of this lighthearted, quasi-humorous, "sex positive" STD information is nonsense, and it is reflected in increasing infection rates.
You would think that homosexual activist groups would take their own survival as seriously as they take their "rights," but noooooo.
