Details of the report will be made public Tuesday morning, after Bush's attorneys read it and edit out any sensitive material, a Bush spokesman said.
The recommendations of the guardian, Dr. Jay Wolfson, are not binding on Bush.
The governor issued an executive order in October ordering Schiavo's feeding tube reinserted, and he was not expected to lift it while her fate is litigated.

Thanks to Orlando, who found and posted what I was looking for.
So what we've all been waiting for will be out later today. I'm praying that this is a good birthday present for Terri.

thanks for finding this for us, Orlando. Here's hoping the news is good for Terri -- that it is, in fact, her best birthday gift.
HERE'S a birthday card for Terri. Please add your greeting and prayers to this to give to Terri's family for her 40th birthday Dec 3 (tomorrow)!
If you able to do so, PLEASE go to the hospice in Pinellas Park for her party tomorrow -- more info here on FR, also at TERRI'S FIGHT

Possible ramifications for Terri Schiavo? Not being a convicted killer, isn't she entitled to at least the same protections as a convicted killer: to have her case heard by a jury, not a judge? Due process applies to one and all.

High court: Only juries may impose death
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Supreme Court announced Monday it will follow up on its ruling that juries, not judges, must be the ones to impose death sentences on convicted killers, by clarifying whether its decision can be applied retroactively.

They also argue it violates the separation of powers by allowing the executive and legislative branches to overrule a judicial decision.Let me get this right. It is okay for one branch of (sometimes) unelected appointees to overrule TWO of the branches of government for purely political reasons, but not for the other two to overrule the first to save someone's life?
Did I read that correctly?

Only juries can impose death penalty, Supreme Court rules June 24, 2002
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Supreme Court Monday ruled 7-2 that it is unconstitutional for judges rather than juries to make findings of fact that result in a person being sentenced to death.
******************
Food for thought. I expect this ruling will be referenced in the Schiavo case, as Bush presses for a trial to determine the actual 'facts' of the case. Although Terri was never charged with a crime, "findings of fact that result in a person being sentenced to death" must be judged by a jury, rather than a judge. Was not Terri sentenced to death? Evidence used to end her life must be weighed by a jury. That a judge, a former Zoning Board attorney, could kill her using contested, contradictory hearsay evidence is SICK.
Where do I file for an abatement? LOL

Wasn't it a panel of judges who imposed the death penalty for millions of unborn children?

It's pass noon, and still no reports.
It would be a good idea to inform the local media's
Tampa & St.Pete newspapers,Tv news like Baynews9.com,
and get national media outlets like CNS.com,Worldnetdaily,
Newmax, and Matt drudge on
http://www.drudgereport.com Inform them all, that the report from GAL (Wolfson) is completed, and that it was sub pose to had been release
in the morning, but had not yet, please investigate this matter,etc..etc...
What do you all think ? Let's not have them delay this
beyond today, it's super important for the world to know..
Have Terri been sentenced to die by Wolfson ?
Why, would Bush's legal team delay this findings ? unless
it's not good news ?

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that we can come before the Throne of Grace to again whisper the sweet name of Terri. She again faces the ruling of men .. she again stirs hope in the heart of her parents .. she again inspires the anger of those who wish to end her life. Creator God, we seek Your continued protection over her and her life .. we seek the day when she can rejoin her loving family .. we seek the day when her life is reclaimed from the pit consigned to her by a few.
May the words coming from those charged by law to review her case .. may these words reflect her right to life, for only You, O God, have her life in Your hand .. only You, O God, are sovereign over the breath of all mankind.
May this mother's child be redeemed this day, O Lord I pray, in the Name of Jesus, Amen ...
