yw, Indy....I had been told by some NYer's, during Gray Davis' recall, there is no provision, currently, in NY to allow such a thing.....Wow, EVERY elected official should be able to be recalled! That is just silly and scary if NY can't do that. As a Californian, I have just seen the process work! Thank God!

The recall process in California can't repeat itself here. Unlike California, New York has no provision in its state constitution that allows a recall of the governor, according to a spokesman for the state Board of Elections....
