Here is THE link that give THE BASICS on HTML rules for posting...including instructions for
images, web site links, and font colorsCLICK HERE FOR THE BASIC HTML BOOT CAMP FOR FREEPERS
As far as posting images from your own computer's hard drive...you can't do that! The "img src" points to a web site that gets "polled" for the image. You need to post your own images on your own hosted web site (or a generous friend's)...most ISP's these days (i.e Comcast, AOL, EarthLink, etc) have some method to allow you to set up a FREE web page for yourself...you would then upload your images to that site and then use the same method ("img src") to post here...
Hope that helps! FRee Regards...

This thread has to hold the record for deleted posts. This is the first time I have seen such a visceral reaction from a Hillaryism. I just left voice messages on Sens Roberts, Bond and Talent's voice mail. Im little disturbed, however, that these boxes arent full. I guess Ill be using the US Capitol 800 number at work today!

"How's this?"
Whereas I appreciate the efforts of someone to correct my sentence structure, sometimes it changes the overall position of the writer. You created a major flaw in your entry:
"it would be welcome from here (but probably unlikely) if she were investigated for the possibility of treason"
Welcome? I don't think so. With all the publicity of the terrorists in the country feeling better justified using their tactics to fight Americans when they feel our troops are lacking support, I don't welcome the investigation, I feel it is required. She knew what she was saying, planned on the speech, and is trying to politicize the war as an attack on Bush to attempt to get him unseated or put a bad taste in the voters' mouths at the next, and next, elections. And she is doing it at the expence of soldier's lives as these people kill to better themselves in addition to harming the infidel (us) actions. You can't reason with them, you can't even talk intelligently with them. Their Bible tells them to kill, period! And they relish in the idea that dying for their beliefs can be better than living them.
Therefore, I didn't want to see anything like "but probably unlikely" in my letter. That can be read as I accept that it will not happen and I will go away if it doesn't.
____________________________________________________
Your letter is much prettier than mine, and was well thought out and inked. But, it doesn't get my, not ours, point across with it's obvious flaw from my thinking. I am not a diplomat, just an old, retired, beat up military member that may see things as a little more black and white than you if your more cautious letter is a sound indication of your thoughts. But Hilary's knowingly taken actions are ebony, not even dirty white. (And extremely dangerous as previous media entries have proven) I don't give leeway for that, I demand action. You are a bit more passive than I.
Your letter may get a point across, just the same as the person that was screaming into the phone. Not every person has great grammer skills. But not every scholar has common sense. All kinds of people makes us strong. You do it your way, I'll do it mine. Both are acceptable.

I'm just sending e-mails.....the senate.gov site seems to be having a bit of problems, off and on...this may be an indication of a flurry of e-mails going to the server....

How can we be sure she'd lose in a landslide, after Ashcroft adopted a "nothing to see here, just move along" response to vote fraud?

I just got onto without any problem; I selected "Committees"; then, "Armed Services Committee; then, "John Warner (Chairman)" and got the email form without any trouble.

This thread has to hold the record for deleted posts. I think you're right. There's always deleted posts on Hitlery threads...but this one has an exceptional number.

My G-d!!! The woman has no shame!!! How she can sit there amongst the troops and tell them that their efforts are wasted is beyond me. In a just world she'd be brought up on charges of treason!!! Could you imagine a senator in 1944 visiting the troops right after Normandy and saying,"...the outcome is far from certian." They'd have her up on charges so fast your head would spin. Could you imagine a republican senator doing the same thing a few years ago in Bosnia while her husband was cavorting in the white house!!!
I'd like to see some clever republican campaign stratigist take all the sound bites from her trip and weave them into an anti-DNC ad. They could also juxtapose her statements with those statements by liberals saying how they're not anti-American, then the caption could be something like "Criticism or treason, you decide".

Thank goodness for freerepublic. If I had seen her making these comments on TV live, I would be buying a new TV today.

Under what atrocity or act of war would Hillary support our troops?
Ooops. Forgot. Hillary and her disgusting husband and fellow traveler comrades are an atrocity. In fact, they are the ones that got us in this mess in the first place.
No doubt Hillary is trying to make her "early" Vietnam-type statement. Well, b*tch, this isn't "your" Vietnam war. And as long as the American people have the good sense to keep you and your other traitorous Rat cowards away from the levers of power, it won't be Vietnam.
As Ann Coulter says, "Democrats cannot be trusted with the security of our nation."
