Here's my letter being sent to each member of the Armed Services Committee (I used part of your post #1,152 to me):

If Hillary Clinton isn't guilty of treason for her remarks in Iraq against the Bush Administration and the war on terror, then it is no less than sedition.

She should be removed from the Armed Services Committee for the Crimes of Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities. She should be asked to step down as the senator from New York as she has failed, miserably, to represent its citizens.

If the senate, especially members of the Armed Services Committee, does not condemn Hillary's actions and demand a fair hearing into the seriousness of her (possible) seditious behavior, those senators are guilty of both subparagraphs (b) and (c) below.

US CODE
TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
PART I - CRIMES
CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

Sec. 2388. - Activities affecting armed forces during war

(a)
Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies; or

Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States, or willfully obstructs the recruiting or enlistment service of the United States, to the injury of the service or the United States, or attempts to do so -

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

(b)
If two or more persons conspire to violate subsection (a) of this section and one or more such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be punished as provided in said subsection (a).

(c)
Whoever harbors or conceals any person who he knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe or suspect, has committed, or is about to commit, an offense under this section, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(d)
This section shall apply within the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States, and on the high seas, as well as within the United States.

Thank you for your replies... this excerpt from Gary Aldrich's book is unbelievable (I'm glad he got pictures!):

"Some of the ornaments were ... crack pipes hung on a string. Some ..were constructed out of various drug paraphernalia, like syringes, heroin spoons, or roach clips ... colorful devices sometimes adorned with bird feathers and used to hole marijuana joints. ... Three French hens were French-kissing in a menage`a trois ..."

"I went over to one of the tables I hadn't looked at yet. What's this? Of course. Two turtle doves ... joined in the act of bird fornication. ... I picked up another ornament that was supposed to illustrate five golden rings. ... [one of the volunteers] was glad to explain [that] the golden rings I was holding were sex toys known as 'cock rings' ...".

Another mystery ornament was the gingerbread man. How did he fit into The Twelve Days of Christmas? Then I got it. There were five small golden rings I hadn't seen at first: one in his ear, one in his nose, one through his nipple, one through his belly button, and, of course, the ever-popular cock ring."

"Here was another five golden rings ornament - five gold-wrapped condoms. ... There were other condom ornaments, some still in the wrapper, some not. Two sets had been blown into balloons and tied to small trees. ..."

"When we were through, the first lady's tree had all the beauty and majesty of a landfill.""

Speaking of Tim Russert. He just pulled a DIRTY one in opening his show. He showed Bush's Iraq trip then showed LBJ in Vietnam 37 years earlier. THEN, he said something VERY much like, "Then just a few days later Hubert Humphrey had to deal wit the political FALLOUT from the trip"! (equating Vietnam to Iraq?)

Can you believe that? As if Bush's trip was going to be followed by negative political fallout. The outright bias is disgusting, and Russert is one of the least nasty.

They will say we need to talk about health care and education and prescription drugs for seniors.

Isn't that what they usually do when there's some mess from which to divert attention?

"Giuliani would kick her wide-load a** in New York in 2006."

Could be...if he runs. He might be more interested being Governor, as Pataki has reached his term limits.

Here's a real long shot, dark horse prediction to run against Hillary for NY Senate seat in 2006...

That is disgusting, and yeah, Russert is one of the better ones.

It's so irritating--I watched the coalition briefing on CNN this a.m. and the reporters just cannot get beyond their script: One reporter asked about a few Iraqis cheering the dead Spanish, and said, "haven't you failed to win hearts and minds?"

Another reporter reacted to the statement that the enemy appears to be changing his tactics and going after softer targets. The reporter said, "But there have been more Americans killed this month than in any previous month. How can you say with a straight face that "the enemy," as you call it, is changing his tactics."

And these questions are always delivered in a condescending tone.

Let me add my condemnation of the traitorous Hilary Clinton. She is the epitome of the type who undermined the brave American troops in Vietnam and tried the same in all other conflicts. She IS an enemy of freedom and justice.

Just left another message on Sen Roberts voicemail. He will be tired of me! I deluged his office with phone calls and emails during the memo affair. I told him inaction on the part of the Republican Senators will be, in my eyes, an endorsement of Hillarys statement. Which would result in the Nation knowing who really runs the US Senate.

Very true....I speak out lots on my political views....but if the senators get bombarded with letters on Hitlery, from people they don't normally hear from....well, I say that has to have some effect.

Thanks for the html help... The pictures are in Gary Aldrich's book, "Unlimited Access"--see Matchett-P.I's post at #853 in this thread. This is the only picture I've been able to find on FR(I'm not sure if it's the infamous tree or not):

"They [dems] will say we need to talk about health care and education and prescription drugs for seniors."

Good...let's talk about that. Here is what we should be telling the media and the general public:

+Health care...we have the best in the world and the vast majority of Americans have full access and the majority of their costs subsidized by their employers and/or the federal government. Next...
+Education...public education continues to be held ransom in the death grip of "Big Union"...The NEA. The majority of citizens have consistently supported charter schools and vouchers...for the children, the children! Next...
+Prescription Drugs for Seniors...recent poll data shows the majority of seniors are satisfied with the current system...maybe we should re-consider providing a subsidy to the wealthiest single age group of Americans. Next....

Can we now get back to discussing The War On Terrorism...for if we do not win that war, we don't have to worry about an economy, or education, or healthcare...

DO YOU GET IT YET OUT THERE!!!...RANT OVER
