And you keep neglecting the fact that the terrorists, if they were interested knew something was up hours before this thread was posted here. There was activity in Baghdad to give them a clue. Not to mention AF1 is sitting on the tarmac in Baghdad.

Give it a rest, guys.
It appears to me that FR did what it normally does.....It got it right!
The original post was made...
Due (and appropriate) skepticism ensued....
Followed by more investigation until it seemed like the story just might be true.
Tread properly yanked until POTUS safely in air.
Thread returns...
Pandemonium ensues and.
Cigars all around!
No need to mar this wonderful thread with further bickering....ok?

I get your points. Nonetheless, I stand by my claim that real-time information regarding the current location of the CIC should not be broadcast. There are a lot of motivated bad guys out there. FR (and other web sites) are fast becoming the most significant source of instantaneous news world-wide. The monsters are paying attention.

"Not to mention AF1 is sitting on the tarmac in Baghdad."I heard it reported that the President left Crawford in an unmarked car boarded AF1 to Washington DC. The story told was that AF1 needed to go back for maintenance. Once in Washington DC President Bush then boarded a backup plane to AF1 and took it to Baghdad.
The regular AF1 stayed in Washington DC.
