...22-story high horse's head ... The 19-foot high horse's head has been the priority ...

Either that's a typo, or their "stories" are awfully small. (How about 190 feet?!)

From www.crazyhorse.org/news/2003Fall/index.shtml:
"...The 219'-high horse's head has been the priority since completion of the nine-story-high face of Crazy Horse on June 3, 1998, the Memorial's 50th anniversary..."

Thank You,

Issaquaking, myself and one other Freeper braved the lonely Las Vegas Blvd.

A ratio of 300 to 1 on a personal level, it wasn't a pleasant sight.

All the protesters were union organised, (in this town if you belong to the union and you are not working...........you are worthless!) There is construction all around.

I need some help in reducing photo resolution from todays event. I can thumbnail or KING KONG PHOTOS.

Sounds like "Nigel" from "Spinal Tap" drew the diagram...

I remember first seeing this in 1995, driving my professor's car from San Diego to Connecticut. I was really impressed with the story of this artist, especially the part where he stormed the beaches at Normandy...

Perhaps we should have a Tojo or Yamamoto memorial at Pearl Harbor, too.
