This story is chock full of ridiculous relevance.
And to think that had you or I been on that "environmentally friendly" bus, there would be no "inquiry" or "investigation" on why it broke down. But since the bulbous nosed one was onboard, the author goes out of the way to make a meaningless "inquiry" sound extremely important by putting that "somebody better get to the bottom of this" kinda sound to it.

Re those long walks through Harlem: Don't forget Clinton would get himself to Harlem on foot, too, all the way from LaGuardia Airport where his flight home from Oxford had landed (NOT).
