Logan’s Miracle Room

Welcome to Logan’s Miracle Room.

• This is the room in which God’s miracle of a little baby boy named Logan was performed.
• This is the room where thousands of people joined in prayer daily to our Heavenly Father asking Him to let us keep this precious little baby.
• This room has seen many tears in the bad times when we were begging God to let him survive, and it’s seen much laughter in those good times when he was making progress.
• This is the room where people from all over the world came to know Logan and became familiar with his struggle to live.
• In this room we saw a tiny micro-preemie baby weighing only 1 lb 9oz, with less than a 20% chance of survival become a healthy, blue-eyed testament to God’s love.

We were all a part of this miracle through our prayers for his healing, and we thank God for the blessing received from being chosen to be a part of Logan’s life.

 

We ask that you come forth with your sick little ones and loved ones.
Tell us about the sickness, and your grief and your sorrow and your dread for tomorrow.

M0sby, I spoke with Logan's Nana this morning and she asked me to relay to all of you that the 2 remaining babies from the triplets in Logan's hospital...

have now gone home!!!! They're doing fine! They had a total of 5 surgeries between the two of them...not 5 a piece, but totally.

An update for everyone!

He was sick four days. He laid in his bed or our living room the whole time .

Since my last post ,Dustin is doing great! He went to school (half days) Monday ,Tues, Wen. and Thur. this past week. He went to Riley Children's Hospital, Friday for his treatments. Blood numbers came back good!

Sissy is doing better too! She is smiling all the time and seems to be coping with everything so much better.Me and her talked about this being an emotional roller coaster. On behalf of Dustin and Sissy and the rest of my family Thanks to each and every one of you!

We know God is seeing us through this and he is listening to the prayers of our Freeper friends!

Our wonderful prayer lists grows and grows and we are seeing the power of prayer here and on other threads on this great website.

Our family prays for each and every one listed, for their family, for those who care for our love ones, and we pray for each other. We have become a family, a family of prayer, love and caring. Truly, we are never alone. We have each other.

Well..I hoped...(how silly am I) that it would be a good thing!
I just never figured that it would be this BIG!
Even if you take out the "Requests with their own threads" part, it is still really BIG!
I am glad to do it (most of the time) since I think it is a good way to give back to the forum for being their for me while Dan was gone~
Let's see how I feel in another couple of months..
The biggest trouble is trying to get people to send their UPDATES!
And I feel bad taking the request off if someone hasn't sent an update for a long time...I mean, maybe people who really need the prayers are also too busy to remember to send me an update...
So anyway, it is GROWING!!! ACK!!! GOOD ACK!!! BUT ACKKK NONE THE LESS!
The biggest help I get is when you ping me to a request from the Tiny Baby thread or this one...that way I just hit PRIVATE REPLY and send it to myself...and I know that I have not missed it!
SHEESH...who knew I had so much to say on the matter...:-)

As you all know, I've put up a new thread for prayer for my niece's baby....

On that thread, WVNan wrote a LOVELY testament to the power of prayer and how God can take an impossible, in our eyes, situation, and turn it around for His good.

From that post....

We took JD to Columbus Tuesday to the neurosurgeon. He had an MRI done of his brain. The left side of his brain, which was nothing but cysts when he was born, has now completely regrown and looks like a normal brain mass. But the cysts on the right side are still there. So on March 4, Dr Kosnik is going to put in a shunt. We will have to go down to Columbus on March 3 for pre operation tests. We will be spending the night in the Ronald McDonald house and we have to have him at the hospital at 6:30 the next morning. His surgery is scheduled for 8am. Dr Kosnik believes there is a good chance that once the fluid is drained, the right side of his brain may regenerate as well.

This is a recent e-mail from my step-daughter. JD is her grandson and my husband's great-grandson. When J.D. was born they said he would not live. He had no brain to speak of.

You know that I believe that these young people have made the right decision. Let God make the final choice. May that choice be accepted as the right one for everyone involved. God bless the wee babe and his parents, in Jesus' name. Amen.
