Everytime I see one of your posts I get that itch that kept me on 747s and DC10s for so many years.
Then I remember the flight from San Francisco or LA into Hong Kong or Tokyo when it seemed like I'd been born on that airplane, and I know why I quit traveling.
There are some things I miss - new sights, new sounds, new people, new customs, but I'm getting too old to adjust easily now.
In a lot of ways I envy you, but I'm content to stay here on American soil, especially Texas soil! LOL!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOURS!

Relaxed, Patient, Affectionate, but still wild enough to get the job done - what cats and FReepers have in common...

THANK YOU for the kitty photos! God bless you, it's just what I needed!!!!! My good friend was the victim of an armed robbery at work and PRAISE THE LORD her life was spared and I have been bummed because this has messed her up. I so badly want to get that SOB and kick his sorry butt, but I should just be glad that my friend survived, right? Let's pray that the thug gets caught and be happy that my friend is alive! Thank you God.

"what cats and FReepers have in common..." Also, that independent spirit which made this country great!
Cats go where they want to and do what they want to do - just like FReepers!

I'm sure that was a traumatic event in her life.
Yes, we can thank God for her safety.
I'm glad the kitty pics helped!

An update on Madelynn Diane from my big brother (her Grandpa). He wrote me on Friday night to say that 'Fatty Maddy' is coming HOME! She's now 4-1/2 pounds, and is doing very well. I told him to send me some pictures, and I'll post them when I receive them.

Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. You are truly powerful prayer warriors!!
