There are THREE contemporary photographs of the front door of the School Book Repository showing a man who is the spitting image of Lee Harvey Oswald standing ther watching the motorcade go by just seconds before the fatal shots. The man is wearing identical clothing to the clothing Oswald was wearing. It is where Oswald said he was standing.

You're the first person I've seen who's brought this point up - it's my main argument that Oswald didn't do it. In the Maars books (which Oliver Stone used to base his "JFK" on - it's a book which catalogs all of the theories), it's apparent that's Oswald on the front steps: he's wearing a plaid shirt with the top few buttons open and wearing a white t-shirt underneath. Oswald's arrest photo shows him wearing, yep, a plaid shirt with the top few buttons open and wearing a white t-shirt underneath. Never seen this explained.
Take this into account with how Oswald was discovered - getting a coke out of a machine afterwards on the second floor. If he was on the sixth floor, after the shooting he would have had to run to the back of the room, then down 4 flights of stairs, then race across the lunch room to the front of the floor where the coke machine was. Then appear very calm - no hints of running and/or shooting someone. No way.

Are we forgetting officer Tippett ( think that was his name)? Shot by who? Oswald? Why?
I recall a CBS reenactment many yrs. ago. The conclusion was Oswald could have acted alone.
He could have gotten off the shots in the allotted time.

Even according to CBS News { a strong proponant of the "Oswald acted alone" theory"} stated that after the shooting ; "Oswald hopped into a waiting car". Which of course proves a conspiracy.
