One of the worst things he did was allow the building of the Berlin Wall. Nikita stated in his memoirs that he didn't expect that he'd get to finish building it - he thought JFK would erupt, demand that he cease and desist, and Nikita would get some kind of favorable concession somewhere in the world. JFK wasn't 100% evil, but he had some really nasty, commie-coddling advisors.

I'm no buff on this matter, but it is my own personal belief that we will find out exactly what happened someday. The answers will likely come from some classified Soviet archive, and Oswald's name will be on the pages along with anyone else who was inolved.
