Like that's newsworthy?! It would have been 'News' if Bill Clinton did some sabre rattling. This is like agreeing that the Sun generally rises to the East.

It's unthinkable to me that this impreached rapist is actually going on government missions, ESPECIALLY North Korea. What is our government thinking or are they thinking at all. Clinton is a loose cannon, responsible for the problems we've now got with N. Korea. He needs to be grounded.

18 USC 953, The Logan Act:

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 45 > Sec. 953. Prev | Next Sec. 953. - Private correspondence with foreign governments

"Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."
