I think they are telling their followers that these natural disasters are from the hand of Allah. Therefore, bolstering the morale of these 11th century morons.
Not sure what you're talking about. My own posts about the coincidences of the weird weather and the terror targets was a simple observation, leading to the question of whether any attacks have been rained out. It amuses me to think maybe they have.
