My girlfriend went to a meeting this week and the woman who was speaking ((NOT refering to what we are talking about, it was a christian womens meeting)) said that her friends in Washington D.C. said that muslims were clearing out of the city...But this woman did not know why.

Sorry, don't believe that for a second. Someone probably saw a family of Muslims going somewhere for Ramadan and became convinced that there is a mass exodus.

I read a character 35+ years ago who asserted that the USA Capitol would be moved to roughly the geographic center of our Republic. Hope it's not now from necessity.

Such cultures have extensive "grape-vines."
