I have to point out that at the very least, it is good to watch Sen. Specter fighting for the GOP... for once.He's on the wrong side of too many issues, but the guy is very, very sharp. He was one of the GOP point men in the killing of Hillary-care, and he was brilliant when he exposed Anita Hill and that woman judge from California as shameless, embarrassing liars during the Clarence Thomas hearings. Sometimes, I am glad he is on our side.
