The 'Rats do have the advantage when it comes to a "good old fashioned" filibuster, but it has nothing to do with Senator Klanster.

In that type of filibuster, only one Dem at a time would have to be on duty and that would simply to object to any unanimous consent requests. On the other hand, the Pubs would have to have 51 present (or at least close at hand) at ALL TIMES. Otherwise, the Dem would point out the absence of a quorum and if 51 Senators did not answer roll, the session automatically ends untill the next day.

Where are any conservative (rational) women's groups. Perhaps we should get those names in the media.

Concerned Women for America is the largest women's group in the United States. It's about 10 times larger than NOW and, naturally, conservative.

I say keep voting and let them block all the rest of the judges over and over until they recess for winter. Many of the remaining laws for the season are government social programs that I don't want passed anyway.

Try to look on the bright side - - never again will a judge nominated by any future Democrat President who has the faintest whiff of liberal stench get confirmed by the Senate unless the Democrats have 60 Senators. Sure, the Democrats, inventors of the smear tactic known as "Borking", have just flushed 214 years of Senate history down the toilet, but eventually it will come back to bite them in the rear. I think you can count on that.
