An attorney can do his/her very best, with all conviction of their heart, but still be out of their league as pertains either to a particular type of case or opposing counsel (and, in this case, I think both). We all have our limitations.....some are just naturals, others have to work harder to even come close. And I'm not slamming the attorney's intentions, just my observations from what I read in that opinion.

I think she was originally out of her league, but with the help of other more experienced attorneys, I think she has improved enormously. When I first saw her on television, she wasn't that good an advocate for Terri. Now, she seems to be very effective in front of the media. She's growing as an attorney and will probably become one of the best in Florida in cases like this. I think all the email, letters, and phone calls from the public have helped her become re-energized.
