"Conclusion: Smoke-free ordinances do not affect restaurant sales, even in the No. 1 tobacco-producing state in the U.S.," according to literature from Physicians for a Smoke-Free Canada. No bias here, is there????

I don't believe this, not a bit, but I am just trying to trace some thought processes (or lack thereof) among those who seem to be visceral Bush-haters.
(cinfla)
Soros, etal., believe that drug legalization is their route to ultimate power and wealth. Their agenda includes more UN power, a national police force and TOTAL GUN CONTROL. These guys are dangerous and all the fools that spout their pro-drug propaganda should be aware of what they are abetting. Soros, etal., have funded most of the pro-drug initiatives and web-sites a pro-drug spammers.

I am still waiting for YOUR facts on Delaware restaurant revenue. You said you were well-connected to the capital in-crowd and had access to real data. Well, where is it?

Please post the restaurant revenues prior to and since the ban. I am currently privy to the books of 15 establishments.
As you are the one claiming no harm from smoking bans, when you post the revenues prior to and since the ban I will then seek the permission of the owners to do the same.

No need to apologize to me for the foibles of others.
None of my information is based on or from Florida - I haven't lived there in a while. All of my information comes from first hand work on this in Delaware for the past 15 years.
And I will again make the caveat (which can be found on my home page) I no longer live in Delaware - but I am only an hour away!!!! what a difference that hour makes!!!!

So I can keep posting facts while y'all just rant and ramble! :-) Facts????????
You quote Repace and Glantz and think you are presenting facts?????????
You pick and choose what you wish out of other posts claiming them to back up what you say and call that facts???
If you weren't able to vote I might consider you as funny as my rottweiler/lab puppy - you're actually more dangerous than she is.

I am sure that if they were favorable to your side, they would have been posted on the many smoker's sites. BUT these sites cannot post any real claims, only random and scattered tidbits to support their case when the real studies do NOT support your case.

There are thousands and thousands of restaurants in Delaware. As I have said, you have no clue about Delaware. There are a grand total of 1,700 restaurants licensed in the ENTIRE state of Delaware. And that includes hundreds of fast food places.
Hey, a "survey" of 550 Delaware residents is considered legitimate when it comes to a smoking ban in a state of almost 800,000 - the number from 15 out of 1700 should be just as legitimate.
Give me your information of how good the ban has been in Delaware. You claim it's been so great - so you obviously have information beyond the PR pieces from the local paper which is decidedly in favor of the ban.

You need a course in reading comprehension, friend.
I have the information and the facts, which I have repeatedly told you is privelged information.
How much information, not from the newspapers, do you have for ANY single establishment in Delaware??????
You do the leg work and phone work I have done over the past year and find even one place that the News Journal or Delaware State News or any other Delaware newspaper has not mentioned that is doing well since because of the ban.
You find that and get the info from them, I will be willing to give you my info. Just remember - any place mentioned in any news story does not count.

Don't try changing the subject of my post - I asked you a question......Do you plan to answer it.
You're so in the know about Delaware - why don't you post what you claim I don't know??????

Of course I refute the conclusion. Because of the obvious bias in it.
I can't believe you are unable to figure that out.
I'm done for now - I've got things to do in the morning. Good night.

That doesn't count because it is the same half-assed rhetoric that you spew all the time. Nowhere in the original article is there a reference to Soros' anti-gun, pro-drug, NWO, TOTAL GUN CONTROL stuff that you get hyped up on PCP and hallucinate about. It is strictly about Soros raising money to defeat Bush, yet you cannot even focus on the article and stay on topic, so you drop into your standard robotic mode of spewing your same, unsubstantiated garbage over and over.
