This sounds like a crock, if for no other reason than the fact that most people I know wouldn't want their mailman delivering porn to them. Well, I actually subscribed to Playboy once, and found that it is a very liberal magazine. Hefner donates a lot to feminists. Then I grew up and didn't renew my subscription (if I want to look at naked women, I'll look at the real thing).
