http://www.terrisfight.org then go to Court Documents. It's the top doc in the list. It's only 13 pages long (double-spaced)....since I work at a law firm, and have written many of these, I can explain the gist of some of it to you if it's confusing for you at all....but, IMO, it's pretty clear.
I guess I should clarify, the way the document was written (excellently), as a Memorandum of Law, it is definitely a strong bonk on the head of the judge (personally) and against what the Petitioner did in how they filed their injunction.....Bush's attorney did not rip MS apart in the personal attack, but rather, their "legal" attempt to get around the law/Constitution of Florida.
