I believe that she was getting regular therapy until 1993, shortly after Michael was granted the money for Terri's rehabilitation. Since then, he has forbidden any therapy or anything, it seems, that might coincidentally have therapeutic value.

Before the malpractice award, Terri received an experimental treatment according to Michael.
After Michael got the money from the malpractice suits - NONE!
