It is like he was hinting at the Schindler attorney, saying... "I see where you are going. Try again, and I'll rule accordingly." I've read some of the earlier filings for the Schindlers and they don't compare with this last one. The only way I can imagine him not 'seeing' it now is because it wasn't in braille.

If their initial argument wasn't framed in a way that would make the law applicable, then I can see this instance.
Otherwise, weren't they arguing apples and oranges?
