Haley's raw vote lead is increasing...up to about 34,000 votes from 22,000 a few percentage points ago. I think barring something real strange, Haley can take this one to the bank.

So I look at your graphic there, and I see that 1,631 fine citizens of Mississippi have cast their ballots for Mr. Sherman Dillon. Do you suppose that more than about 200 of them have the slightest idea who Sherman Dillon is, or what he stands for? There are always these "down-ballot" people in every election who get a couple thousand votes each, and I always wonder who votes for them. And why. |
