SheLion, You know Bob Celeste, call him, he spent four days on the Isletta resevation outside of Albaquerque, may be spelled wrong, New Mexico last summer and then another two weeks 25 miles east. Ask him about the poverty, prostituion, and alcohol/drug addiction he say.

Bear in mind, Bob was stationed in the south, NC, SC, Alabama and Florida between 62 and 68, ask him to compare the poverty of the southern black with that of the Isletta trib memebers. And then ask him to tell you how the chiefs life.

Your saying we don't have all of that in the state of Maine already? You want to see poverty? Come to Caribou and look under the bridge. THEN you will see poverty living.

Alcohol/drug addiction? This state is FULL of drugs. And the deaths we see on Maine highways from drinking and driving is mind boggling. Especially among our youth.
