Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

I have come to the conclusion that our chain is being jerked allot. I have plans made and supplies stored (as best I can if there is a problem) and now am going about my life and not sweating the what ifs. I they keep me in as state of what if they would have won just by doing nothing. Just my 2 cents.

AQ like large body counts using simultaneous attacks.

Reports of targets include the SOTU Address, the Super Bowl, various chem/petro/nuke plants, dams and bridges.

Instead of one big simultaneous attack, could they be planning a string of single target attacks? I would think that would be much harder to pull off. After one successful attack, the country would go into red alert and many things (roads, bridges, dams, airports, trains) would be locked down tight.

america has been stretched in its troops,they are now all over the world, and the war on terrorisim/islam has made it even worse for the american troops to keep up with the same numbers out side of thier bases.
the weekly spending to keep these troops the way they are now is consederd for Al-Qaida a winning card by all means.
the economy in the US could not be at a worst point than it is right now.
since the start of the war on afghanistan and the war on Iraq the US till now had never won any of the 2 wars, troops are still getting thier asses kicked in afghanistan few you hear about and alot is coverd coz most of the troops sent there dont even have a family they are loners that the army uses (disposable) in other words.

sorces in the german capital working in the hospitals in germany that treats the american troops say that (there is about 20,000 injured since the start of the US led war on afghanistan and Iraq!!)i am sure you never heard this number!lets see how good your sorces are!!try and ask!.
al-Qaida is still on top and moving with well plan,its true that some mojahideen have been cought and others have been killed but thats our road and death is part of our life and our distiny as long as we know for whom we are fighting, may god protect all the mojahideen.
security wize the US is in a big mess and that was soo clear in the new year where they canceld flights and made fools out of them selfs infront of the french! and ofcourse Al-Qaida enjoyed the mess and watched closly.

isreal has lunched an attack into the south of lebanon targeting 4 places after what they have said was a rocket attack on an armord truck that went into the lebanees land!!!
not just that but isreal blamed syria for the attack as if huzbalaah are not alowed to defend thier lands in the south !!
where is CNN on this breaking news!!! i didnt see a single word till now!!!

That is how I am handling it. I have supplied on hand, and emergency plans in place for contacting family and friends. I stay informed, I try and contribute translations and analyses because God gave me those talents, I believe, for a reason. So I offer them. But I refuse to sit around afraid. My husband cannot understand how I can do these translations and not be in a constant state of anxiety. I pointed out to him that this is a huge country and the chances of something impacting me or him or one of the kids personally is slim to none. So I'm not going to stress about it.

Now there are some times, like around New Years, and the end of Ramadan, Sunday, and today, when I do stress a little more than I should. Those are the days when I wish I didn't understand Arabic.

But the bottom line is, it's all in God's hands, not ours.

Actually I consider the Chinese dictatorship a serious treat to humanity. I don't find much to listen to on ArtBell anymore. But I caught some of a show last night about China. Actually it was A Russian guy that was talking about it. The guy does a column at newsmax too. The Chinese are spending a ton of money gearing up for warfare in all areas including nanotechnology. Now why would they be doing that. Well they have made it no secret that they intend to take us out. They already have our economy and infrastructure. They are more a serious threat to us than the middle east. IMHO.

Sometime ago I read that originally the 9/11 attack was planned to be a much larger attack- including, if I remember correctly, over 11 flights and including the West coast.
Some thoughts: I think that once they fail to strike a designated target, they will return to it at a future date.
So I'd guess DC- esp. White House- is a given.

I'd guess from all their blathering that they do intend to pull off multiple, simultaneous attacks. I'm guessing that they want to strike with bio/chem and nuke/radiation weapons. Not only targets in the United States, but targets in Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. And not just with planes.
(Has there been any followup on that Fox report that chemical warheads had been slipped into Iraq)?

That they like simultaneous -- synchronized -- attacks is clear from their MO. Not just AQ, also other muslim terror orgs. Not at all clear they like large body counts. That is, they may talk about large body counts, but those are not as important as exactitude in place and time.

Something fundamental about that distinction. They like details that are immaterial to effect. A natural liking.

I started lurking on this thread at about 7K. Every thousand posts or so, I say the same thing. AQ has zip, nada, bukus.

How many of these crazy imminent attack threads must we endure before someone calls them bullshit. EVERY day is the THE day.

These people attacked us with box cutters 2+ years ago. Now, we think they have nukes and sleeper agents. Get reel. They are still working on indoor plumbing in most parts of their world. It is the year 1424 in their world because, they live like it was 1424.

Now -- we might suffer a random suicide bombing, but I would not worry about sitting in the cave of Darkness. That is where Osama is!
