If you get an answer ping me! One of my brothers has worked with gov. intel. for years and these days when we are on the phone and I simple say "how are things going" he hurriedly says "I can't talk about it, I can't talk about anything, don't ask". We used to discuss all kinds of things. Maybe when he retires...

I don't get it either JustPiper. I've looked at sites all over the Internet today trying to find this guy's picture and have come up with zip.
What with all the warnings flying around about him I would think that at least we could be given a good description and a picture, even if it is an older picture, in order to be on the lookout.
I have found his name on some of the "be on the watch for" links, but that's all. Just his name. He's listed here
http://www.hench.net/scumbag.htm but no pic.
I keep hoping someone can come up with more on him.

My son was 3ID involved with the spearhead to Baghdad. When he would call about all he could say was that he was fine.He wouldn't tell me where he was or anything. I knew what unit he was in and when we heard it was hit with a missle in early april with 4 dead we about went nuts till we heard from him 3 days later.

We might not have a photo of him. Some of them, we don't, is my understanding.

I don't know that my nerves would have handled it. You are a strong person. Thanks to your son for his service.

He is out now and in the process of moving to Portland Oregon with his wife. He wants to be a chef and the culinary school there is supposed to be one of the best.

No problem...The American media and ME media does vary at times with the spelling of names and the ME media does tend to spell names differently depending on what region of the ME the news agency is located.

I think we must have some pretty specific information that he DOES HAVE nuclear materials, in fact maybe even a real backpack nuke.I do hope you're wrong. However from the point of view of al-Qaeda the dirty bomb has some definite attractions over a real nuke - no sensitive timers, no questions about charge shaping or material purity. And if it's a stolen bomb (which a backpack nuke would be at some point in its chain of possession) there would be potential issues about passcodes &c. Plus many people would probably panic (irrationally) nearly as much about a dirty bomb as about the real thing ... at least those who don't have much knowledge about what the real thing would do (shudder).
It's going to be very hard to sort out what our people know about what he has ... there will be multiple layers of deception or denial in order to try to trap him and/or to avoid making things worse.

Yes, I've heard that a few times. :) It's let it ring, because I never answer my telephone. Hate them. :)Friends tagged me with that screen name, years ago.

I understand how you feel.
3 days after I was married (old story now) the PD my husband was working for called my mother-in-law (she was still on the contact card). My mother-in-law called me saying that my husband had been injured (by bad guy).
It took quite awhile to convince the PD that I WAS THE WIFE and wanted to know how my husband was. He turned out to be ok.

Will you get your mind out of the "french" please?!
