Let's see if I can put this in simple terms so that even you can understand:

The Boy Scouts has been denied any federal money and land simply because they choose whom to accociate with.
These same Scouts have now been denied land in San Diego because a liberal judge has ruled them a "religious" organization. This despite the fact that the BS works to improve the lives of young people, especially inner-city kids.

We have the ACLU...a big NAMBLA supporter, who wants God taken off of everything....our money, our Pledge, our buildings...everything. We can't display Nativity scenes because they connote some type of religious expression. Same with the 10 Commandments. A Mission in Tennessee, that fed and housed the homeless for years was denied the tons of food sponsored by the government during CLinton's term simply because they prayed before their meals.

A teacher is suspended because she wears a cross...another is fired becasue she let another child lead a prayer in remebrance of a fallen class-mate.

We have Bush-appointed Jurists who are being denied because of their deeply held religious beliefs. The list goes on.

No...no persecution here. I hate to break it to ya': Persecution in 21st Century America isn't going to look like consentration camps...or the Spanish Inquistions. Of course, with attitudes like yours, those days may soon return. Open your eyes.
