Could be. If I thought I was being set-up in the assassination of the century, I think my self-preservation mode would kick in and I am not sure what I would do. Also, several witnesses to the Tippett shooting did not identify Oswald as the shooter and said that there were two people at the car instead of one. Time analysis has also shown it to have been impossible for Oswald to get from his boarding house to the Tippett shooting site in the time he had. Again, too many strange things.
