LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A man was shot on Friday outside a Los Angeles courthouse where a hearing was being held in the murder trial of actor Robert Blake, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department said.

It was Court TV that filmed it. They were covering the Robert Blake trial and this shooting went on outside. Features: Van Nuys Shooting. Just look at "Features" on the left, and there is a video of the Van Nuys shooting with the tree-hugging lawyer.

The shooter should be charged with displaying poor shooting skills and with not using a large enough caliber of weapon. Perhaps even have a civil suit filed against him by any future victims of this lawyers actions while practicing law.

In the background you can see another lawyer hesitating before coming out from behind the building. He first makes sure that it's not one of his clients firing.
