In OKC, they are collecting feed for livestock including horses and food for pets to be delivered out to SoCal to help care for the animals that are displaced. The feed store said sometimes people forget about the animals.

A woman with horses near Julian called KOGO late last night and said they were packed and ready to head to Imperial Valley Fairground off I-8 east if they had too; they have made the stables, pens and stuff available for evacuees with large animals.

Mary's Feed & Tack (name) in San Diego area is co-ordinating feed and supplies for large/small farm animals.
Check with horsemen's clubs, 4-H, FFA, etc. Maybe even the local Ag Commissioner for your county.
