Thank God for our new Governor. I heard earlier that some idiot in our existing government refused an offer of tankers from Canada, Saturday.
Professional goverment officials (Gumby). must complete 300 forms in triplicate before anything is done. Hopefully, Arnold will do things like our business - respond with "YES" and ask for the ETA......

I'm fortunate to be in a position where I can expidite action without having to fill out forms ahead of time. Unfortunately, I have to fill out all kinds of paperwork after the fact. The paperwork takes longer than the actual action.
