Thanks for the kind words. I'm getting cabin fever here! No restaurant, so my favorite pastime is shot!
The mandatory evacuation area has been expanded even more since I left home. My house is still there as far as I can tell from news reports.

The fire is already in the trees....it is going to be a crap shoot now....the winds will blow every which way....the only good thing is that it will drop to the 30s tonight....the fire will lay down...but embers will fall on houses, and ignite them.....

These pictures of the San Bernardino Forest are unreal. The fire has burned through Cedar Glen neighborhood on the east end according to KFI.

I printed that map off it was the 2:00 update from rimoftheworld. The red dot comes up on thread now. post 1617 Maybe you'll have better luck. a large dot of active fire above Lake arrowwood. smaller ones to the east.
What is the APB on scanner? he's breaking up
emergency traffic, FFs getting trapped, head to the road
