How about the feds linking any -- that was ANY -- disaster relief funds to the mandate that forests be thinned to diminish the gravity (heat, fast-burning and far-reaching aspects) of any fires in that individual state?

these forests are thinned now....

you know, there are some locations you see wide swaths of fire breaks...you see some on Camp Pendleton too.....they should return to those
