When I went to Vons yesterday, there were no strikers, and plenty of shoppers. I don't know about today, but they have certainly lost momentum.

I suspect that people that have lost their homes, whether insured or not, will have very little sympathy for the strikers.

So, isn't there just a teensy weensie chance that Davis and Mullholland arranged for this particular "natural" disaster???

I entertained that exact thought a couple hours ago. Heard Geraldo comment about how this was going to make it so much more difficult for Arnold coming in as governor, and got an immediate mental image of Mulholland's rage on election night.

When they show daylight pictures of Arrowhead all you see are trees for the most part. The sad thing is underneath all those trees are houses and cabins where people live.

We used to spend a lot of time up there doing parties at the skating rink in Blue Jay. We used to see Brian Boitano and Bryan Orser and others skating exhibitions. There is a training camp there also where skaters stay when they are in training there. I don't know if that is still happening but there are so many stories and sp many lives affected up there and all over Southern California. It's the worst thing I've ever seen happen here including the earthquakes.

Yeah - all four networks went to prime-time programming. I'm sure KTTV will go back at 10 PT/1 ET, and the others an hour later.

No green mammals? Easy, where is green? Usually in the trees and in small plants, mammals usually don't live in trees (sloth excepted, but they are brown and have no predators and blend in with the bark). Now, there are green reptiles that live in jungle bushes, and green birds that live in tree tops where they blend in. Green for a mammal is not a good thing, mammals move, like all animals they need to blend in, praire dogs are brown, like dirt, polar bears are white like the snow, etc etc...

The question is, why aren't there any blue terrestial mammals (dolphins and porposies are blue because it suits them in the ocean.

Next week I will try to explain how Joan Rivers (after numerous face lifts) can open her mouth without her skin splitting down the sides and peeling off.
