Sadly, most of the people of CA will be too busy blaming Bush, because their "outraged local leaders" have been screaming on TV for the past few hours that the Bush administration is to blame for the devestation, rather than envirowacko policy.

A lot of us know exactly who to blame. More of us now, than before, I'm afraid.... And once those people who were burned out understand WHY there will be some directed anger.

Don't forget CA's legislature does whatever it wants to, regardless of what the populace wants. Passing the Driver's License bill, for example.
