In the hope of clearing up some of the confusion, this series of photos (just taken) shows the area of Crestline/Lake arrowhead as it is right now.

Looking to the west this is the fire south of Arrowhead, moving up the mountain.

Panning right the lake comes into view.

There's still a lot of time before the fire reaches the Community. Some spot fires have already burned homes west of the shot. Appox 25 reported so far.

I don't remember. I only know it was on MSNBC, and the cll letters were an NBC affiliate in CA. I was listening more than watching.
